Refund Policy

This policy explains how refunds and cancellations work for Barnabas subscriptions. It forms part of our Terms of Service.

Free Trial

Barnabas subscriptions begin with a 7-day free trial. You are not charged during the trial, and you may cancel at any point before it ends without being billed.

Monthly Subscriptions

You may request a full refund within seven (7) days of your billing date. Refund requests made after the seven-day window will not be honored for that billing cycle.

Annual Subscriptions

You may cancel your annual subscription at any time and receive a pro-rated refund for the unused portion of your subscription term, calculated from the date of your cancellation request.

How to Cancel

You can cancel a subscription at any time from your account settings in the Barnabas app. Cancelling stops future billing; access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for.

How to Request a Refund

Email help@barnabas.chat from the address on your account and tell us which charge you would like refunded. Refunds are processed within fourteen (14) business days of approval, back to the original payment method.
